Established in 2002, Nantong Sea Melody Industrial Co., Ltd. (Nantong Star Steel Wire Rope Factory) specializes in the manufacturing and exporting of various steel wire and steel wire ropes. Located in the coastal city of Nantong, we enjoy the convenient transportation either by sea or land, only 10km from Nantong Port and 100km from Shanghai City. Equipped with various modern machines, we are now able to supply the wires from 0.3mm to 6.0mm, and ropes from 2mm to 80mm. The annual turn-out at the current stage exceeds 90,000 metric tons. Our products are mostly PC strands, round strands, steel wire strands, stainless wire ropes, elevator steel wire ropes, copper plated steel wire ropes, pressed steel wire rope slings and other steel wire ropes, besides galvanized (ungalvanized) steel wires, reinforcement wires, spring wires and FRP. Our products are widely used in important machinery and instrument, metallurgy, mining, oil, towboat, net, post and telecommunication, lift and crane machines, transportation, coal, forestry, ocean fishery, aeronautical used and so on. We have established close relationship with scientific research institutes in China. We have passed API9A and the products are made according the standards of ISO9001. We also got the Lloyd's Register of Shipping, and China Classification Society respectively. To secure the stable quality of our products, every lot of products are closely inspected and tested with various testing equipment, like relaxation testing machine, five pull testing machines, metallography analyzing instrument, five-element analyzing instrument, electronic and almighty testing machine, and livelong rope stump pull testing machine.
